Thank you for shopping with GloryFans. We work to process every order carefully and deliver it safely to sports fans around the world.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: Some custom-made, personalized, pre-order, or made-to-order items may require additional production time. If a product has a special production or shipping timeline, it will be noted on the product page.

The delivery times above are estimates and do not include order processing time. Actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance, local carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs rules vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
GloryFans is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned packages, or lost shipments caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing or shipped.
Delivery Issues
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please first check your mailbox, front desk, building office, neighbors, or local delivery carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears to have a delivery issue, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos if applicable.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to certain restricted locations, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or regions where reliable delivery service is not available.
