Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
For selected regions including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, Netherlands, and Ireland, Free Standard Shipping usually takes 6–15 business days.
Priority Shipping usually takes 4–10 business days where available. For the rest of the world, Free Shipping usually takes 10–20 business days.
How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Custom-made, personalized, pre-order, or made-to-order items may require additional production time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. GloryFans offers free shipping to many countries and regions. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow some time for the tracking details to update after the carrier receives the package.
Why is my tracking number not updating?
Tracking information may take a little time to update, especially when the package is moving between facilities, countries, or carrier systems. If your tracking has not updated for several business days, you can contact us with your order number.

What kind of products does GloryFans sell?
GloryFans offers championship-style rings, trophy and ring sets, and fan jewelry designed for sports fans who want collectible pieces with a bold game-day look.
Are your rings official team merchandise?
No. GloryFans is an independent fan merchandise brand and is not affiliated with any professional sports league, team, or trademark owner.
Our products are designed as fan-inspired collectibles and celebration pieces.
How do I choose the right ring size?
Please choose your usual ring size when placing your order. If you are unsure, we recommend measuring an existing ring that fits you well or using a ring size measuring tool before ordering.
If you are between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
Can I change my ring size after placing an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your size. We will do our best to help, but size changes cannot be guaranteed once your order has entered processing, production, or shipment.
Will the product look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to show product details clearly and accurately. However, slight differences may occur due to lighting, screen settings, hand finishing, production batches, or product updates.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Do you accept returns?
We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and returned with original packaging when possible.
Which items cannot be returned?
Custom-made, personalized, made-to-order, final sale, clearance items, and pre-order items after production has started cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. We will do our best to help, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered processing, production, or shipment.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. If the issue is confirmed, we will help provide a suitable solution.
Payments & Security
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through secure checkout systems. GloryFans does not store your full payment card information.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods will be shown at checkout and may include major credit cards and other secure payment options depending on your location.
Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
